A gourmet dinner will be served in individual candlelit tables. As a starter, a small melting deer pie, cranberry compote, pepper sauce, small salad. Flat a bar pavement like a Rossini and Parmentier pancakes. For dessert, a hot grand marnier soufflé with an iced and fruity heart.
